Terms and Conditions

Rental of Limousine is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Smoking is not allowed in our Limousine.

Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a signed contract/agreement.

Client assumes full financial responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipment of the vehicle whether by accident, neglect, or intent. This including but limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spilling($75.00 clean up fee), vomiting($200.00 clean up fee and termination of charter), breaking of champagne, wine and drinking glasses ($5.00 per glass), breaking of lights, television, DVD, CD player, and radio. Repairing and replacing of items shall have a minimum of charge of at least $200.00 plus down time. All other damages will be professionally estimated. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner.

Our limousine service reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate the contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fee shall be refunded. Driver may terminate charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle. While we are happy to let you bring personal CD, DVD and various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period. In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

All charters must be booked by a consenting adult of the age of 21 years or above. All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking. The balance is due at the start time of the service.

We reserve the right to inspect any baggage brought inside the
Limousine.

The following are strictly prohibited and any violation thereof is subject to immediate termination of our service without refund.

Smoking tobacco or any other substance is prohibited inside our
vehicles;

Consuming any type of illegal drug is prohibited;

Having intimate relations in our vehicles is prohibited;

Hanging any portion of body out the windows is prohibited;

Vandalizing, damaging, staining, breaking any part of the vehicle,
including the interior, exterior as well as glasses and other items in or on the vehicle are prohibited and subject to additional charges for repair/replacement of damages.

Note
: In the event of any violations of the above regulations, our
chauffeur will immediately terminate his service and all passengers will be dropped off.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Proms and similar events

For parents or guardians, the below policies are specifically designed

to help ensure your teenager’s prom night is both safe and enjoyable. Our policies regarding drugs and alcohol complies with the applicable laws in the State of Tennessee. We appreciate you assisting us in reviewing the following regulations with your son/daughter.

All pickup and drop off locations must be predetermined and/or approved by the parent or guardian executing this agreement. Your chauffeur will be instructed to obtain permission of a parent or legal guardian in the event of any changes to the itinerary. A contact phone number for each passenger’s parent or guardian must be provided to your chauffeur on or prior to the date of service in the event of any questions or emergency.

Carrying and or storing alcoholic beverages of any type inside our vehicles are prohibited;

Drinking alcoholic beverages of any type inside our vehicles are strictly prohibited;
